Shipping and Distribution Policy

Coherent Lab Supply LLC provides controlled domestic distribution of research-use materials within the United States.
All shipments are handled in accordance with internal quality standards, temperature-control protocols, and research-use-only (RUO) handling procedures to maintain material integrity, consistency, and traceability.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders exceeding $300.

Domestic Distribution

Orders are subject to verification and processing prior to shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for order review, payment confirmation, and release. All delivery timelines represent carrier transit estimates only and begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Coherent Lab Supply LLC reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier, packaging method, and shipping protocol necessary to preserve shipment integrity and maintain compliance with internal handling standards.

Important Shipping Notes

“Overnight” and expedited services refer to carrier transit time only and do not apply from the moment an order is placed.
Orders placed after daily processing cutoffs, during weekends, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time prior to shipment.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Coherent Lab Supply LLC is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Delivery exceptions
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Issues arising from third-party forwarding services
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, the purchaser must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

International Shipments

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders must be shipped to verified business or research addresses within the United States.

Address Verification

We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses and purchaser credentials prior to fulfilling any order. Orders may be delayed, restricted, or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Handling & Storage Conditions

Certain materials may require controlled handling and temperature-managed packaging during transit. Once delivered, the purchaser is solely responsible for proper storage and handling in accordance with provided specifications.
