1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Account: name, email address, username, and password
• Orders: billing and shipping address, phone number, company name, and order history
• Verification: business details and documents submitted for professional or wholesale access, such as an NPI number or resale certificate
• White label: company name, logos, and label files you upload
• Communications: messages sent through contact forms, email, or phone
• Affiliate program: details needed to track referrals and pay commissions

b) Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited
• Referring website and links clicked
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4)

c) Information from third parties

• Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture
• Payment and shipping providers: transaction and delivery status

2. How We Use Your Information

• Orders: process, fulfill, and ship orders, and produce custom labels you request
• Accounts: create and manage accounts and verify eligibility for professional, wholesale, or white label access
• Communication: send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices, and respond to support requests
• Affiliates: track referrals and pay commissions
• Improvement: measure site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising
• Protection: prevent fraud, spam, and misuse, comply with the law, and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Card and bank account details are entered with and handled by those providers and are not stored on our servers. We receive only limited information, such as the payment status and the last digits of the card or account.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the following purposes:
