Refund and Order Resolution Policy

Coherent Lab Supply LLC supplies materials labeled “For Research Use Only” or “Professional Use Only” exclusively to qualified business entities and professionals.
We do not provide clinical guidance, usage recommendations, or application instructions of any kind.
Due to the specialized and controlled nature of our materials, all sales are final once shipped, except as expressly provided below.

Overview

Coherent Lab Supply LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies research-use materials to qualified purchasers operating within lawful laboratory and research environments. Many materials require controlled handling and storage conditions. To preserve integrity and maintain chain-of-custody standards, we enforce strict policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges of materials after they leave our control, as we cannot verify storage conditions or handling after delivery. This policy is intended to preserve material integrity and ensure consistency across supply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If eligible, canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Quality or Specification Issues

We stand behind the documented specifications of our materials.
If you believe a material does not conform to its accompanying documentation (e.g., Certificate of Analysis), you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To submit a claim, provide:

Order number
Product name and lot number
Description of the issue
Supporting documentation or images

Upon review, and at our sole discretion, we may offer replacement, credit, or refund for the affected materials.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

All orders are inspected prior to shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Include:

Order number
Description of issue
Photos of packaging and contents

Resolutions may include replacement or credit, at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
Orders canceled prior to shipment
Verified quality or specification issues
Verified shipping errors attributable to Coherent Lab Supply LLC

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind
Ordering errors
Improper handling or storage after delivery
Opened or used materials

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed for delivery outside the U.S. may be canceled and refunded. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, or forwarding services.

Storage & Handling

Materials must be stored and handled in accordance with provided specifications. We are not responsible for degradation, damage, or loss resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Regulatory & Use Disclaimer

All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.
They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application.
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining lawful use and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Policy Changes
